for the one out of only a handful of television set at Bard. high-definition basketball has been such an abysmal rarity over the past two years that i could not help but stick to the tv and watch gilbert arenas light up the suns for 54 points in an OT thriller, all the while defering dimitri's paper (it's already late anyway) thank you wen xianbo for his generous supply of instant food and drinks


the flight is home to paper-writing

i dun mind shortening winter and summer breaks by a week or so if it means an extension of equivalent length to the semester, which is infreakingvaluable to the relief of end-of-semester life drain.......in any case......the academic year currently stands approximately at just over seven months......too short to justify the $40000+ tuition......

沒想到十一月二十四日現場看76人隊比賽同時見證了Iverson為該隊贏最後一場球……至今費城再沒有贏過(八連敗)……雖然是場三流球賽，歷史意義卻屬一流

Iverson在Wachovia Center的儲物櫃已被清理一空，然而他的去向仍未明朗……

十二月八日第一次看歌劇 (Rigoletto @ The Met)。總算知道了一段世界聞名的旋律(La donna è mobile)的出處……
有數次想睡，甚至已經睡了，一想到花了$20來看表演便硬把眼睛睜開 (還有要寫concert report的關係)......

當晚第一次到Flushing，昨為夜宵吃了三寶飯，可惜不是醎蛋三寶……

晚上睡得不怎麼香，主要是間中被打雷的聲音吵醒了……
